Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Chocolate marshmallow cookies are soft, chewy inside and crispy outside. The classic combination of chocolate and marshmallow makes these homemade cookies unforgettable to the palate.

All purpose flour 3 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup
Baking soda ½ tsp
A pinch of Salt
Granulated sugar 2/3 cup
Light brown sugar, firmly packed ½ cup
Unsalted butter, softened 1 cup
Eggs 2 large
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Miniature semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups
Miniature marshmallows, frozen 8 oz.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
