A Chocolate Cookie Recipe
With Yogurt Icing

| All purpose flour | 2 cups |
| Baking soda | ¾ tsp |
| Salt | ¼ tsp |
| Semisweet chocolate | 4 oz. |
| Chop into small pieces | |
| Granulated sugar | ¾ cup |
| Unsalted butter, softened | 4 oz |
| Egg | 1 large |
| Vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
| Ripe banana, peeled | ½ lb. |
| Cut into small pieces | |
| Yogurt, plain and low-fat | 1¼ cups |
| Raisins | 1 cup |
| Soak in water for 2-3 hrs, drain well |




Yogurt Icing
| Confectioners’ sugar | 1½ cups |
| Yogurt, plain and low-fat | 2 Tbsp |
| Vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
Combine and whisk all ingredients together to form a smooth, viscous mixture. Drizzle icing over each cookie by teaspoonful.
