Cranberry Butter Cookies
The presence of dried fruits in these butter cookies creates a delicate but interesting bite and flavor. Dried cranberries, cherries, even blueberries add color and texture to an otherwise blank and rather dull canvas. Wouldn’t you agree?

| Unsalted butter, softened | ¼ cup |
| Granulated sugar | ¼ cup |
| Eggs | 1 large |
| Vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
| All purpose flour | ½ cup |
| A pinch of Salt | |
| Dried cranberries | ½ cup |
| Soak in water for 2-3 hours, drain well |
