Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

| Light brown sugar, firmly packed | ½ cup |
| Unsalted butter, softened | 1 cup |
| Eggs | 2 large |
| Vanilla extract | 2 tsp |
| Miniature semisweet chocolate chips | 2 cups |
| Miniature marshmallows, frozen | 8 oz. |



Place on prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 1½ to 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
