Applesauce Brownies Delicious and Low Fat
All you need to make these fudgy, chewy, delicious applesauce brownies are:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and coat a 9" x 9" baking pan with vegetable oil.

- Melt unsweetened chocolate over a bain marie or in a double boiler and set aside.
- Combine cake flour, cocoa powder, salt, and set aside.
- Whisk egg whites and eggs together.

- add sugar, light corn syrup, applesauce, canola oil and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate.

- Fold in the flour mixture.
 - pour into prepared baking pan, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the center does not move when you jiggle the pan.

- Cool completely in baking pan on wire rack.

- Cut into 2 inch squares, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
This low fat applesauce brownie recipe yields about a dozen 2-inch squares.
