Applesauce Brownies
Delicious and Low Fat


All you need to make these fudgy, chewy, delicious applesauce brownies are:

Unsweetened chocolate2 oz
Plain cake flour1 cup
Cocoa powder4 oz
Salt1 tsp
Whole eggs2 large
Egg whites3 large whites
Granulated sugar1/2 cup
Light corn syrup1/2 cup
Unsweetened applesauce1 cup
Canola oil3 oz
Vanilla extract1 Tbsp

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and coat a 9" x 9" baking pan with vegetable oil.

  • Melt unsweetened chocolate over a bain marie or in a double boiler and set aside.

  • Combine cake flour, cocoa powder, salt, and set aside.

  • Whisk egg whites and eggs together.
